Chief Sales Officer
Tad Kendall oversees all sales functions at Waystar including HS+H, SMB, channel sales and sales intelligence.
A go-to-market leader with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries, Tad has a proven track record of building and leading a high-performance sales culture across large organizations, generating quality growth and creating a differentiated client experience. His areas of expertise include sales training, P&L management, processes improvement, results measurement and more.
Before joining Waystar, Tad was SVP of go-to-market and sales at Cotiviti, a payment accuracy solutions provider. At Cotiviti, he grew sales by $400 million, contributing to a public offering on the NYSE and a $4.9 billion private equity acquisition. Previously, Tad served as general manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s healthcare and life sciences business unit. He has also held sales leadership roles at HP Enterprise Services, Marquam Group and Covansys.
Tad holds a BBA with a concentration in management information systems from Pacific Lutheran University.
