As Waystar’s Executive Vice President and Growth Officer, John Palumbo leads the company’s health system and hospital organization, partnering with providers to help them simplify revenue cycle operations and improve financial performance through technology.
John brings more than two decades of healthcare technology leadership experience. Before joining Waystar, he held senior commercial leadership roles at 3M Health Information Systems where he led health system commercialization and the rollout of early generation AI with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, following earlier leadership positions at Siemens Healthineers and Allscripts. Throughout his career, he has been committed to innovation for healthcare organizations to navigate complex operational challenges while driving growth through trusted partnerships.
John earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
