Alejandro Reti
EVP for Clinical Revenue
Alejandro is Waystar’s Executive Vice President for Clinical Revenue, where he leads product strategy across the mid-cycle and other clinical programs. He is responsible for driving clinical + financial innovation and agentic automation work across documentation integrity, coding, and authorizations/denials.
Before joining Waystar, Alejandro was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Clarify Health, where he led the creation of insights products built upon one of the most complete healthcare datasets in the nation.
Prior to that, Alejandro was the CEO of Vivify, a remote patient monitoring subsidiary of United Health Group, where he led a product transformation that yielded United Health Group’s first successful software-as-a-medical device (SAMD) 510-k clearance from the FDA. He also served as Chief Medical Innovation Officer for Optum Technology and Chief Medical Officer for Optum Analytics, among other roles within UHG.
Earlier in his career, Alejandro developed analytics-driven products at several health technology companies including Premier, Kyruus (acquired by RevSpring), and D2Hawkeye (acquired by Verisk Health/Cotiviti).
Alejandro received his Bachelors of Arts degree Magna cum Laude from Amherst college and holds both MD and MBA degrees from Yale University.
