“One of the most exciting pieces for me was probably Coverage Detection,” says Sarah Richards, director of Patient Access Operations. “It’s been really exciting to see how our hit rate is when we’re able to find coverage for these patients.”
As Corewell Health integrated additional hospitals following a merger, the organization also expanded Waystar solutions across newly connected teams and workflows.
