Todd Woods
Chief Commercial Officer
Todd Woods is the Chief Commercial Officer at Waystar, where he leads the company’s growth organization, including sales, marketing, and commercial operations. In this role, he aligns Waystar’s commercial teams to accelerate growth, deepen client relationships, and create long-term value for healthcare organizations.
Todd has spent nearly three decades in healthcare and more than 20 years helping shape Waystar’s growth and evolution. He was a member of the leadership team at Navicure and played a key role in the 2017 formation of Waystar.
Throughout his career, Todd has held leadership roles across sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, consistently building high-performing teams and developing strategies that strengthen client relationships and expand market opportunities.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
