Amit Khanna is the Chief Product + Technology Officer at Waystar, where he leads the company’s product strategy, engineering organization, and AI innovation roadmap.
He brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience building enterprise software, scaling high-growth organizations, and delivering technology solutions that drive operational and financial outcomes across healthcare and other regulated industries.
Before joining Waystar, Amit served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Salesforce, where he led the company’s global healthcare business and directed its AI strategy, product direction and go-to-market execution. During his tenure, he led the development of innovative enterprise AI solutions for healthcare organizations, including Agentforce for Health. Prior to Salesforce, he held senior technology leadership roles at SAP and First Data, leading teams across the United States, Europe, and India.
Amit earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
