Alpana Wegner

Alpana Wegner is Waystar’s Chief Financial Officer, where she leads all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting organizations, financial planning and analysis, capital allocation strategy, and investor relations. She brings more than two decades of experience generating sustainable business results by integrating finance and strategy with cross-functional execution to transform businesses, grow revenue, and increase profitability.

Before joining Waystar, Alpana served as Chief Financial Officer at several publicly traded technology companies. She was CFO of Integral Ad Science, where she helped accelerate growth, strengthen operating discipline, and lead the company through its acquisition. Prior to that, Alpana served as CFO of Secureworks, a global leader in cybersecurity, and served as CFO and other senior financial and operation leadership roles at Benefitfocus, a cloud-based software solutions company. Earlier in her career, Alpana served in succeeding roles at Blackbaud and Allied Waste Industries, Inc, and began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.

Alpana holds a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
