Madhavi Bezwada

Madhavi Bezwada serves as Senior Vice President of Client Success at Waystar, where she leads strategic relationships with many of the nation’s largest health systems and provider organizations. She works closely with executive leadership teams to strengthen long-term partnerships, improve financial and operational performance, and help organizations maximize the value of Waystar’s technology platform. 

Madhavi brings more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, consulting, and enterprise client leadership. Throughout her career, she has partnered with provider executives to lead organizational transformation, improve operational performance, and navigate complex business and technology initiatives. 

Prior to joining Waystar, Madhavi held senior leadership roles across healthcare technology and provider organizations, where she led enterprise client strategy, operational transformation, and revenue cycle initiatives for some of the nation’s largest health systems. Her experience working across providers, technology companies, and consulting environments enables her to bring a broad strategic perspective to clients’ most critical business challenges. 

Madhavi earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Emory University.
