Officer
Kim Wittman is the Chief People Officer at Waystar, where she leads all efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent. She and her team create strategies and programs that empower team members to meet the growing needs of Waystar.
Before joining Waystar, Kim was the SVP of People and Culture at Vivint, which was acquired by NRG Energy in 2023. She led Vivint’s HR, Communications, and Safety teams, which fostered great workplace experiences for over 12,000 team members across North America.
Kim studied Political Science at Utah State University. She serves on the advisory board of the Women Tech Council and UVU Women’s Success Center and supports multiple STEM initiatives in the Silicon Slopes Community.
